The rings available on this website are high-quality products intended exclusively for breeders for the identification, registration, and documentation of specimens belonging to their own breeding stock.
The breeder is required to inform themselves in advance and be aware of the laws and regulations in force regarding the use of ornithological rings. Demerio Carla S.a.s. declines any responsibility for improper use of the rings by breeders.
As these are customized products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, returns are not accepted.
These Terms govern the sale of identification rings for avifauna and related accessories (hereinafter “Products”) through the e-commerce website.
Placing an order for one or more Products implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Products are intended exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations on breeding and avian identification.
The Customer is responsible for the correct use of the rings and compliance with applicable regulations in their country.
Orders placed by the Customer constitute a contractual offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded only upon order confirmation by Demerio Carla S.a.s.
All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payment methods are those indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
Shipping times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and destination.
Demerio S.a.s. is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.
Identification rings are customized products made according to the Customer’s specific request.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (custom-made goods).
Any marking errors must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
In case of verified production or marking errors, the Customer is entitled to replacement or other remedies provided by law.
Demerio S.a.s. is not responsible for improper use of the Products, errors in data entry by the Customer (e.g. codes, sizes, engravings), or use not in compliance with applicable regulations.
Demerio S.a.s. shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure (strikes, natural events, logistical disruptions, etc.).

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
